"The Safe Word is PINEAPPLE!"

In the fall of 2023, Gerry hit a burn out point and an emotional/mental breakdown. 

Part memoir, part manifesto, "The Safe Word is PINEAPPLE!" is a real life account of burn-out/psychosis, the consequences of being transparent, and some profound conclusions that could inspire other flawed imperfect people to be and do a bit better! 

Proceeds from the book will be directed to increase capacity for mental health supports in rural communities—especially Invermere, BC.
